INTERNAL ANTIPARASITIC - TETRAHYDROPYRIMIDINE NEMATOCIDE / CESTOCIDE-ENDECTOCIDE AVERMECTIN. ORAL PASTE

Formula:
Each 30 g syringe contains: Ivermectin 0.120 g; Pyrantel pamoate 11.40g *; Praziquantel 1.50 g;
Excipients q.s. 30.00 g (*equivalent to 3.95 g of pyrantel base).
Indications:
Broad-spectrum antiparasitic for horses, indicated for ascariasis, large and small Strongyles, Oxyuriasis,
Gasterophilosis, adult cestodes and their larvae.
Generally for gastrointestinal parasites and their larvae.
Ivermectin: Gastrointestinal parasites: Parascaris equorum, Strongylus spp, Oxyuris equi.
Pulmonary parasites: Dictyocaulus arnfieldi.
Praziquantel: Anoplocephala perfoliata, Anoplocephala mamillana, Fasciola spp.
Pyrantel: Strongylus equinus, vulgaris, edentatus, Probstmayria vivipara, A. perfoliata, Parascaris equorum, Oxyuris equi,
Anoplocephala and Paranoplocephala spp.
May be applied to foals of all ages and to breeding stallions in active service, as it does not affect libido or spermatogenesis.
Dosage and method of administration:
Oral. Before application, verify the horse's mouth is free of feed; insert the syringe into the mouth through the interdental space up to a point near
the base of the tongue. Immediately push the plunger until it stops at the locking point. Withdraw the syringe and raise the horse's head to ensure correct
swallowing of the product. Accordingly, the full contents of the syringe (30 g) should be administered for an average 600 kg horse. In cases of severe
infestation, repeat the dose between 15 and 21 days later.
Restrictions of use:
Do not administer together with piperazine or levamisole (due to the pyrantel pamoate content).
Do not administer to animals intended for human consumption.
Do not administer to animals sensitive to any of the active ingredients.
Do not administer to pregnant females.
